As your personal at-home sushi chef, it is my goal to provide you with an  authentic Japanese dining experience for your next party, social gathering or a simple dinner for two.

As with all great sushi enthusiasts, my offerings are created with utmost respect to traditions followed by years of the craft. The rice is hand washed and sun dried before steamed and seasoned. The fish is picked from the finest market quality available and the fresh seasonable vegetables are organically and locally grown.
